Manager, Test cell

Job Purpose:

To direct and lead the operation of aircrafts engines and APUs test cell.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and maintain processes to support test cell operations.
• Manage engine and APU test cell activities to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot engines and APUs to ensure they meet test standards.
• Ensure all documents comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Maintenance Control Center (MCC) with technical advice.
• Make sure all team members are properly trained and qualified.
• Plan the units budget and coordinate investment needs.
• Monitor the service quality provided by the unit.
• Track and review team and individual performance.
• Implement actions to improve overall unit performance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental rules.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferred), Aviation Maintenance, Aeronautical Science, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
