About the job Call Center Agents (2 Months Contract)
- Employment Contract: Outsource/Full-Time
- Contract Duration: 2 months
- Must be available to join by Jan 18, 2026
- Must be locally available with a valid QID
- Nationality Requirements: Arabic, Indian and Filipino Nationals
- Previous call centre experience is mandatory
- Excellent English verbal communication skills
Shift Schedule:
- Male agents: Rotational shifts, including weekends, with 24/7 coverage
- Female agents: Shift hours up to 9:00 PM, including weekends
- Flexibility to work varying weekday/weekend hours as per operational needs
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
- Record customer interactions and update relevant databases
- Meet performance targets (quality, call handling time, customer satisfaction)
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement
