  • Contract Duration: 2 months

  • Must be locally available with a valid QID
  • Nationality Requirements: Arabic, Indian and Filipino Nationals
  • Previous call centre experience is mandatory
  • Excellent English verbal communication skills

Shift Schedule:

  • Male agents: Rotational shifts, including weekends, with 24/7 coverage
  • Female agents: Shift hours up to 9:00 PM, including weekends
  • Flexibility to work varying weekday/weekend hours as per operational needs

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
  • Record customer interactions and update relevant databases
  • Meet performance targets (quality, call handling time, customer satisfaction)
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors for continuous improvement
