Electromechanical Systems Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in motors, pumps, HVAC systems, conveyors, PLC-controlled machinery, and related systems.

• Implement maintenance plans to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability.

• Conduct regular inspections and performance monitoring of systems to ensure compliance with operational standards.

• Support installation and commissioning of new equipment or system upgrades.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation of repair work.

• Collaborate with production, operations, and safety teams to resolve maintenance issues.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance system performance.

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
