Financial Analyst

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and cost analysis within our steel manufacturing operations. The role involves providing insights to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports and variance analyses (monthly, quarterly, annual).

• Analyze production costs, raw materials, and operational efficiency.

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure models.

• Conduct cost analysis to support pricing and efficiency initiatives.

• Maintain accurate financial data and support month-end/year-end closings.

• Provide ad-hoc analyses to aid management decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 1 - 3 years experience in financial analysis (manufacturing preferred).

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; SAP knowledge is a plus.

• Knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting and commodity markets.

• CFA, CMA, or similar certification preferred.
