About the job Sr. Contract Administrator / Contract Analyst

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 7-10 years of work experience as a Contract Analyst, Contract Administrator, or a similar position, specifically in the construction field and in Saudi Arabia.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is plus).
  • Complete knowledge of the contract laws and pertaining legal guidelines.
  • To assist us in all contract-related matters. 
  • Responsible for reviewing contracts and identifying any loopholes and potential legal as well as financial risks. 
  • Should be able to explain and negotiate contract terms and conditions. 
  • Should be up-to-date with the developments and changes in contract laws. 
  • Reviewing and identifying any errors in the contracts.
  • Analyzing contract clauses, liabilities, and preventing any potential disputes that may arise because of the same.
  • Examining and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
  • Assisting in drafting payment structures and reimbursement conditions.
  • Ensuring that the contract terms adhere to the legal guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintaining and updating a record of all contract files.
  • Informing clients of any changes to the existing contracts.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and changes in contract laws.
  • Coordinating with the internal departments and explaining contract obligations to them.
  • Convert written contracts and related documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
  • Guiding the management in making amendments and settlements.
