Responsible for leading organizational change initiatives and IT-enabled projects, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems, processes, and technologies. The role involves managing change strategies, stakeholder engagement, and project execution to align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management frameworks (including Prosci ADKAR).
 - Lead IT-enabled change programs and ensure smooth adoption by end users.
 - Engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and secure sponsor support.
 - Oversee project planning, risk management, budgeting, and quality control.
 - Deliver training, communication plans, and monitor KPIs to measure adoption.
 
Requirements:
- 57 years in change management with PMO experience.
 - 35 years implementing change frameworks (Prosci ADKAR).
 - Proven track record leading IT-driven change in retail, FMCG, or consulting.
 - PMP or PRINCE2 certification; Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
 
Strong stakeholder engagement, strategy, and project leadership skills
