About the job Market Awareness Manager (Native Arabic Speaker)

Overview: Responsible for delivering training and education material to the public and to support specific needs of brokers, issuers and investors as requested by Listings and P&MD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and deliver education and training material to the general public
  • Create tailored training materials for brokers, issuers, and investors on the audience
  • Produce various tailored approaches to delivering training, based in the audience
  • Implement effective marketing and outreach material for training, in close conjunction with the Marketing and Communications Department
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications Department to create general awareness in the market of activities from a thought leadership perspective
  • Partner with universities to create opportunities for senior management to speak to students in order to develop the company's presence as a leader in the financial market
  • Evaluate and appropriately tailor courses based on participant and expert feedback.
  • Promote and deliver Financial Literacy Programs with Universities and high school students.
  • Leading the Website Content Committee.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
  • Certified Trainer qualifications
  • Over 5 years of related training /teaching experience within financial institutions
  • Excellent research skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
