Pre-sales specialist

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in presales, proposal development, or technical sales.
• Experience working with government sector RFPs is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in technical writing (Arabic and English is a plus).
• Knowledge of public sector procurement processes and enterprise IT solutions.

Technical Knowledge:

• IT infrastructure, cloud services, and data analytics.
• Application development and cybersecurity concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft, Oracle, or similar ecosystems.
