About the job Call Centre Specialist - 1 year contract
- Provide customer support in both Arabic and English via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries, coverage details, premium payments, renewals, and claims.
- Explain insurance products and services clearly and accurately to Arabic-speaking customers.
- Handle policy updates, cancellations, and documentation requests efficiently.
- Support customers through the claims filing process and follow up on claim status.
- Record all customer interactions and updates in CRM systems with accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and confidentiality protocols.
- Collaborate with internal departments (claims, underwriting, sales) to resolve customer issues.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products when appropriate.
- Deliver professional and empathetic service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Employment type- outsource for 1 year (extension depending upon the project scope)
