Key Responsibilities:
Property Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
  • Manage tenant onboarding/offboarding, lease administration, and routine inspections.
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Monitor rental collections, resolve delinquencies, and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Prepare and analyze regular reports on property performance and profitability.

Facility Management

  • Supervise maintenance of critical systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with safety regulations and local codes.
  • Coordinate with contractors for regular and emergency maintenance.
  • Implement preventive maintenance plans to extend asset life.
  • Track and manage facility-related budgets and capital improvements.

Sales & Leasing

  • Promote available properties via digital, print, and direct channels.
  • Conduct property tours with potential tenants and buyers.
  • Negotiate leases and sales contracts in line with company goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and partners.
  • Monitor real estate trends and advise on pricing and marketing strategies.

Administrative & Financial Oversight

  • Maintain accurate records for leasing, maintenance, and financial activities.
  • Assist in budget development and cost forecasting.
  • Identify operational improvements and cost-efficiency opportunities.
  • Liaise with finance for billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
