  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIPS or CIPP) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in procurement or supply chain functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with ERP or procurement platforms (e.g., MS Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, Coupa) is highly desirable.
  • Arabic Speaker with Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Basic understanding of contract terms, sourcing strategies, and procurement compliance.
  • Executing day-to-day procurement operations to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Supports strategic sourcing, supplier management, and adherence to procurement policies and compliance requirements.
  • To contribute to efficiency, transparency, and value-for-money in all procurement activities.
  • Process and manage purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders with accuracy and efficiency using ERP or e-Procurement systems.
  • Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring alignment with technical specifications, cost-efficiency, and organizational standards.
  • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure clear communication, timely delivery, and contract compliance.
  • Assist in drafting and issuing RFQs, RFPs, and bid documents in line with procurement guidelines.
  • Contribute to the review and analysis of quotations and bids, supporting technical and commercial evaluations in collaboration with end users.
  • Ensure procurement activities are documented, auditable, and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support contract negotiations and participate in vendor performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Track procurement milestones and proactively follow up on deliveries, quality issues, and after-sales support.
  • Provide guidance to departments on procurement protocols and continuously promote best practices and policy compliance.
  • Contribute to procurement reporting, spend analysis, and audit preparations as needed.
  • Stay updated with market trends, pricing dynamics, and alternative sourcing options.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Procurement Director or Head of Department.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with suppliers.
