  • Responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope. They manage resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage design projects related to roads and integrated infrastructure.
  • Plan and implement projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate team meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyses the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering from a reputed university.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Chartered or Professional Engineering license (CEng, CIHT, PE, IEng etc. from globally recognized institutions).
  • Minimum 15 years of experience.
