Job Description:

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, switches, routers).
  • Install, configure, and support servers, operating systems, and system software (e.g., Windows, Linux).
  • Perform system backups, updates, and patch management to ensure security and performance.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, etc.).
  • Respond to and resolve system and network-related incidents and service requests.
  • Ensure system and network uptime, performance, and reliability.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
  • Maintain documentation for network configurations, system changes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for troubleshooting and upgrades.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to internal users as needed.
