Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our Field Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for on-site technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware/software systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network equipment.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to systems, networking, and applications.

Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users and clients, both remotely and on-site.

Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and customer support) to resolve complex issues.

Document service calls, solutions, and work performed in service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.

Deliver training and support to end-users as required.
