Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our Field Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for on-site technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware/software systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform on-site installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and network equipment.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to systems, networking, and applications.

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users and clients, both remotely and on-site.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and customer support) to resolve complex issues.

  • Document service calls, solutions, and work performed in service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

  • Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades to ensure optimal performance.

  • Deliver training and support to end-users as required.
