Specialist Cybersecurity (Operational Technology & Cyber Physical)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and policies for OT and cyber-physical systems.

• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests in OT networks and industrial environments.

• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents involving OT systems, SCADA, PLCs, and IoT devices.

• Coordinate with IT, engineering, and operations teams to ensure security integration across systems.

• Manage and maintain asset inventories, network segmentation, and access controls in OT environments.

• Implement and oversee cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, IEC 62443, and ISO 27001.

• Support cybersecurity audits, compliance activities, and incident response exercises.

• Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness training specific to OT environments.

• Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and integrate secure technologies.

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on cybersecurity performance, incidents, and mitigation measures.
