About the job Technical Architect
Plan, Design and implementation of Exchange On-Premises, Hybrid Environment, Enterprise Email Archival Solutions, Email Hygiene and Unified Communication System for communication and collaboration for the client.
Administration and Maintenance of Exchange On-Premises, Hybrid Environment, Enterprise Email Archival Solutions, Email Security and Management tools.
Providing functional and 24x7 L2/L3 Technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries pertaining to mainly messaging and its related systems.
Ensure that systems are fully maintained to the highest level of operational capabilities and automation of operational and management tasks.
Ensure to maintain Patch Management, Backup and Restore, Disaster Recovery procedures and its up-to-date documentation.
Maintain a highly secure system through proper system configuration and monitoring
Ensure availability, continuity and security of data maintained in the system
Incident, Change and Problem handling
Periodic Capacity Management and Life Cycle Management of the systems, including timely hardware and software upgrade and replacement.
Provide technical consultancy and guidance to the team members, other technical teams, Support teams and Information Services teams.
