People Dynamics is currently seeking an experienced Senior Aircraft Engineering & Maintenance Specialist for a leading aviation organization in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

Support aircraft engineering and maintenance planning activities to ensure fleet reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
Monitor compliance with airworthiness requirements, regulatory standards, and approved maintenance programs.
Review and implement Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and engineering modifications.
Analyze aircraft reliability data and maintenance trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and operations teams to maximize aircraft availability and performance.
Provide technical support for fleet maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and engineering projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Extensive experience in aircraft engineering, maintenance planning, airworthiness, or technical services within an airline or MRO environment.
Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance programs, reliability systems, and aviation regulations.
Experience working with maintenance management systems such as AMOS, TRAX, Ramco, SAP, or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

Airline, aviation, or MRO industry background.
Experience supporting Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft fleets.
Knowledge of continuing airworthiness and maintenance planning processes.
