Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing the monthly payroll run, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary payments.
  • Provide payroll reports to the Finance department to support financial processes and reconciliation.
  • Oversee maintenance of employee records and attendance records (up to Manager Level) to support payroll processing.
  • Handle employee payroll queries or complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Coordinate preparation of various employee-related payments (e.g. leaves, loans, grants, retirement benefits) ensuring correct payroll transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with HR and Finance policies related to payroll processing and documentation.
  • Support Oracle HRMS payroll modules, coordinate with consultants for upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and financial monitoring related to payroll costs, identifying variances and ensuring alignment with manpower budgets.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure all payroll activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team for payroll data reconciliation and reporting.

Oracle HRMS

  • Support and maintenance of HR modules
  • Coordination with Oracle consultants for system upgrades
  • Use for payroll processing, employee data, and HR transactions

HR Self-Service Systems

  • Handling employee requests and documentation

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years experience
  • Male, Arabic National
  • Master's Degree in HR/Business Administration
