Senior Compliance Officer (Qatari)

Job Title: Senior Compliance Officer (Qatarization role) 

Job Overview: The Senior Compliance Officer oversees the compliance program, ensuring that the Board, management, and employees comply with regulatory laws, rules, company policies, and professional conduct standards. The officer acts as the main contact with regulatory authorities and supports all departments in implementing compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.· Monitor compliance risks, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.· Coordinate with regulatory authorities and internal departments on compliance matters.· Ensure reporting of violations to law enforcement or regulatory bodies as required.· Deliver periodic compliance reports to the Board, committees, and executive management.· Conduct employee awareness programs and compliance training.· Monitor employee trading, conflicts of interest, and market integrity matters. 

Requirements:
· Nationality accepted: Qatari Nationals only.· Bachelor's degree in law.· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with strong regulatory coordination skills.· Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.· Proficiency in Arabic and English.
