- Airline / CAMO / MRO experience
- Aircraft systems, structures & powerplant knowledge
- ADs, SBs, OEM technical documentation
- Aircraft maintenance, reliability & configuration control
- AMOS / TRAX / Ramco experience is an advantage
- Strong technical English & communication skills
