Job Title: Project Manager
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or related field is required; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum 12-15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Oil and Gas industry, including at least 5 years of Middle East experience.
Experience in Offshore projects is essential; Qatar Energy experience preferred but not mandatory.
Experience with Wellhead platforms will be an added advantage.
Strong understanding of industry practices, safety standards, and regulations.
Proven track record of successfully managing small to medium scale projects.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Manage Lump Sum Turnkey EPC/EPCI and Shutdown projects ranging from $20m to $200m.
Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring compliance with HSE, security, quality, schedule, and financial goals.
Lead newly awarded projects until permanent Project Manager assignment and develop project deliverables for all stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate resources, equipment, and information for smooth project execution.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors, monitor and report project progress.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage project documentation, lead project meetings, and resolve issues to ensure successful completion.
