Network and Security Engineer L3



Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-level network and security infrastructure
• Configure and optimize advanced security solutions (Firewalls, IPS, VPNs, Secure Access)
• Lead complex troubleshooting and handle escalations from L2 teams
• Implement and manage VPN technologies (IPsec, SSL VPN, DMVPN, VTI)
• Design and manage IPv4 / IPv6 network environments
• Administer and optimize Fortinet and Palo Alto platforms
• Monitor network performance and implement improvements
• Develop and enforce network security policies and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security posture

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in Network & Security
• Mandatory Certifications: NSE6, CCNP, PCNSE
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Fortinet solutions (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager, FortiSwitch, FortiAP)
  • Firewall configuration, IPS, VPNs, and threat mitigation
  • Cisco technologies (IOS, NX-OS)
  • VPN & tunneling (DMVPN, VTI, IPsec, SSL VPN)
  • Network design (IPv4 / IPv6)
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, WAN optimization & load balancing
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Arabic speaker is mandatory
