Role Summary:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient management of the CEOs office. The role requires a highly motivated, organized, and proficient individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, acting as a key liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks.
- Prepare, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and stakeholders, screening correspondence and managing communications.
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Handle confidential information with utmost integrity and discretion.
- Assist in special projects and assignments as directed by the CEO.
- Support the CEO in managing priorities, tracking progress of key initiatives, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Liaise with department heads and provide follow-up on behalf of the CEO.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the CEOs office.
Essential Criteria:
- Qatari national (male), in accordance with business requirements.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact with senior management and high-profile stakeholders.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High degree of initiative, self-motivation, and adaptability to changing work demands.
