Job Specifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Professional certifications preferred: MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL, Azure/AWS certifications.

Experience

  • 36 years of experience as a System Administrator, preferably in insurance or financial services.

  • Experience working with insurance core systems (e.g., TCS Bancs, Premia, InsureNet, Oracle Insurance, or equivalent).

  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and networking.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of insurance domain workflows (Policy Issuance, Claims, Endorsements, Renewals).

  • Knowledge of databases (SQL Server / Oracle), backup systems, firewall management.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.

  • Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
