Project Engineer

Job Description

• Action following the policy and assignation of Maintenance Manager.

• Developing Training Programs required for the maintenance technician to perform the task effectively

• Conduct trainning or coordinate with specificed engineer to develop technical skill of technician

• Assessing and evaluating learner progress and maintain the training document

• Find training course iinternally or externally in order to grow team

• Provide technical consulting and training to cooperate departments

• Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO9001,ISO13485,ISO14001,ISO45001 etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training etc.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Chiller & HVAC system, productivity, quality improvement systems and Project & Program management skills

• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering ,or related field.

• Min 3 /5 years experience in a high volume manufacturing facility

• Experience in planning, scheduling and coordinating production/ manufacturing processes, at a supervisory level.

• Experience in Problem solving and decision making method, SPC, and experimental design,

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing. Experience in trainning and assessment

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing Project Engineer

• Ability to take a leadership role when necessary

• Ability to present to an executive at a business level

• Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
