Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily project operations with relevant stakeholders (medical team, provincial hospital, local volunteers and local counterparts)
• Facilitate daily patients and volunteer management, and ensure all records are filed properly
• Facilitate patient management throughout the surgical process
• Support patient flow, rundown, and answer phone calls from patients
• Support Chinese medical team members, hospital staff and local patients on site
• Oversee logistics of Chinese medical teams and relevant staff
• Support inventory logistic and management
• Patient recruitment and follow up
• Support of the vector borne disease projects
• Other duties as assigned by Project Country Director & Senior Field Office Coordinator

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above preferred
• Fluent in spoken Lao and Chinese
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Willing to station in project sites in Lao PDR (Accommodation is provided)
• Immediate availability is preferred
