About the job HR Businee Partner (L&D)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the company's Human Resources training policies relating to personnel systems, rule and regulation, regular planning & monthly training and daily , compensation, welfare, training & development, employee relations, performance appraisal, career management, environment heath & safety, social relation

2. Ensure the implementation of Environmental and OH&S improvement plans under his responsibility

3. Ensure the implementation of improvement activities in the department according to company program

4. Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO9001, ISO14001,ISO13485, OHSAS etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training

5.to implement environmental management according to waste management and control procedure, energy and water saving, chemical handling

Qualification:

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management of any related field
Age 30 to 45 years
Desirable/Preferable
Labour Law
Training and seminar organization
Fluently in English
