Production Supervisor (AR Supervisor)

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with other section to ensure optimum overall working of ELCL.
2. Prioritize day to day task following KPI and optimization of flows within Planning.
3. Ensure that Manpower are meet the requirement of planning and balancing the task in the group.
4. Produce/control the good quality lenses within a good lead time, quality, productivity and cost.
5.Support projects driven by CI, GE or other support teams to achieve the agreed targets and objectives.
6. Purpose the internal improvement project as a KAIZEN and STA support Saving plan.
7. Set up training/ coaching plan with team to meet the training skill expectation of WI and procedure.
8. Built the Multiskill for specific position as needed to optimize the planning.
9.Training matrix has to cover all function of operations, such as Safety, Quality and Management.
10. Monitoring training result that operator worker can be meet target of training skill.
11. Monitor and analyze production results, implement and follow-up corrective actions.
12. Apply the tooling of problem solving in organization, such as QRQC, QRAP, 8D, 5 why.
13. Have to know & understand the company procedure and policies and also to cooperate with company in audit activities such as ISO9001,ISO13485,ISO14001 etc. moreover to attend the compulsory training course i.e. Orientation Program, Safety Officer Training.
14. Support Internal quality audit to verify compliance of activity with the established ELCL quality system and to determine its effectiveness.
15. Enhance safety consciousness and awareness in the workplace by respecting EHS rules.
16. Manage the production team to achieve in all aspects of quality, quantity, turnover, absenteeism and overtimes in line with budget and cost. Motivate all production's staff.
17. Be participation in GYT and CODEV, develop One on One to organization.
18. Take responsibility to be effective communication and cover the key communication to the team, including shift rotation.
19. Promote constant motivation among team to strive for an efficient and effective team. Enhance subordinates' well being and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion.
20. Ensure that production processes are in controlling through SOP, WI, and PCP which lead our products meet the customer
21. To provide standard : Work Instruction (WI), SOP, Do&Don't in their process , and update.

Experience required: 

Data analysis, Problem solving, Lean techniques , Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) & Google tools.

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field. Min 3 /5 years experience in a high volume manufacturing facility. 
Experience in planning, scheduling and coordinating production/ manufacturing processes, at a supervisory level.
Experience in Problem solving and decision making method, SPC, and experimental design, Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
