Position: Operation Officer (Logistics)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, delivery, and distribution activities.

  2. Monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods.

  3. Prepare and process logistics documents such as delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and shipping records.

  4. Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

  5. Track shipment status and resolve any delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies.

  6. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and operational data.

  7. Ensure logistics operations comply with company policies and relevant regulations.

  8. Support cost control by monitoring logistics expenses and improving operational efficiency.

  9. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly operation reports as assigned.

  10. Perform other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. Experience in logistics, operations, or transportation is preferred.

  3. Basic knowledge of logistics processes, inventory management, and transportation coordination.

  4. Good communication and coordination skills.

  5. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  6. Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.

  7. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  9. Good command of English (spoken and written) is an advantage.

  10. Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
