About the job Medical Representative
Duties & responsibilities:
1. Achieves sales target, and completes all calls required per day.
2. Develops a sales plan and activities to achieve sales target, and implements marketing activities according to the schedule.
3. Submit daily call and sales monitoring reports to the immediate manager.
4. Promotes assigned products regularly to target doctors and hospitals in the assigned territory.
5. Conducts marketing-related activities such as medical education, product presentation, and
discussions when necessary.
6. Identifies and develops business opportunities to increase market share. This includes management
of Key Opinion Leaders and building strong business relationships with target doctors.
7. Identifies key issues in the territory and recommends a plan of action.
8. Reports activities and strategies of competitors.
9. Responsible for the maintenance of customer profiles/information.
10. Ensures all activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes,
procedures, and internal quality management systems are followed and adhered to.
11. Together with the concerned manager shall develop long-term business-building programs with key stakeholders and/or decision-makers in hospitals/institutions.
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor in all Major.
- Good communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Lao Nationals only. Age: 25-40.
Salary Range: High (Negotiated)
