About the job General Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Operations

  • Lead day-to-day operations: sales, surveys, installations, and after-sales service.
  • Oversee and streamline the full customer journey (from lead generation to installation).
  • Implement and manage operational SOPs and internal systems (CRM, reporting, etc.).

2. Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage sales, technical, and support sta .
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on customer care and execution excellence.
  • Conduct regular team reviews and performance assessments.

3. Sales & Growth

  • Set and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with real estate, construction, and corporate leads.
  • Track KPIs and improve lead conversion rates and revenue growth.

4. Customer Success

  • Ensure fast, reliable after-sales support and customer communication.
  • Build a system to manage service tickets, warranties, and feedback.
  • Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating and trust

QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business operations, sales management, or
    construction/project management.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Lao; good command of English.
  • Strong understanding of B2C or technical product/service sales.
