Lead – Mining Technology Project Delivery

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the delivery of mining technology and digital transformation projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, and technology vendors.
• Ensure successful implementation, testing, and handover of technology solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of mining technology across operations.
• Maintain project governance, reporting, and compliance with company standards.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, Mining Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years' experience in project delivery, technology implementation, or mining technology environments.
• Experience with mining systems, operational technology (OT), automation, or digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Prince2, etc.) is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Lao.
• Hold a valid class B driver's licence.
