Geologist

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Implement and ensure compliance with LXML policies and procedures.

- Leadership and supervision of all field-based copper-gold exploration activities.

- Provide accurate geological logs of RC and DD drilling, and detailed maps and sections of prospects

- Rigorous monitoring of Exploration field procedures and protocols to ensure safe, efficient, and effective program implementation.

- Assist superintendent/senior geologist manage and oversee contractors and their work.

- Training, development, and mentoring of junior geologists and field assistants.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree of Science (Geology).

- Excellent field mapping, logging and section interpretation skills.

- Demonstrate effective performance in achieving agreed SSHE goals that support the department site and company standards.

- Good computer skills; proficient with QGIS or MapInfo-Discover/ArcGIS and 3D modelling software

- Leapfrog or Micromine.

- Good organizational, field planning, and time management skills.

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

- 3-5 years experience gold and copper exploration preferred.
