Finance & account manager

       Head of Accounting & Finance Department 

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance 
• Able to use English at a working/proficient level 
• Responsible for overall/general accounting 
• Monitor and manage budgeting, cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and interest expenses 
• Review monthly and quarterly reports, and ensure proper accounting and filing of payroll tax, profit tax, and value-added tax (VAT) 
• Review accounts receivable and payable reports, and follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure payments are made according to plan 
• Review daily cash and bank balance reports 
• Review and report on the company's fixed assets 
• Review and follow up on supplier payment schedules in accordance with agreed terms Prepare and lead the team in monthly account closing 
• Prepare and summarize weekly, monthly, and annual reports 
• Summarize and provide financial and accounting information to relevant stakeholders such as government authorities, banks, and suppliers 
• Supervise the teams performance, provide guidance, and train staff 
• Attend weekly planning and review meetings with all department heads
