Equipment Engineer/ Maintenance Engeneer

Responsibilities

- Budget management: Developing and managing budgets for maintenance activities, including labor, materials, and equipment costs 

- Budget management: Provide pareto analyzes to create action plans to optimize the maintenance cost

- Inventory management: Managing spare parts and maintenance supplies, ensuring that necessary materials are avalaible when needed while minimizing excess inventory 

- Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities inspections, amd perofrmance metics for analysis and reproting 

- Quality control: Ensuring that maintenance work adhere to quality standards and operational requirement 

- Maintenance reports: Provide the global maintenance activities report, showing the advancement, priorities critical points and next steps 

- Train maintenance staff: Providing training on new procedure and protocols to ensure efficient operations 

- Develop and implement project plans: Creating detailed plans for maintenance work, including timelines, resources, and milestones 

- Provide the data and priorization plan to adequate or improve the maintenance performance such as obsolescence, downtime, Energy consumtion, automation and others industrial

Needs:

Coordinate with teams: Ensure all tasks are on schedule by working closely with maintenance staff, contractors, and other departments 

Manage contractors and suppliers: Overseeing external vendors to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks

Budget management: Ensure projects are completed within budget by monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation 

Risk management: Identifying and resolving any issues or risks that could affect project completion

Compliance with health and safety standards: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations 

Advanced Maintenance Standards: Ensure the project and activities adhere advanced maintenance standards 

Progress reporting: Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior management to keep them informed of project status

Resource allocation: Manage the allocate of resources, include labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure their optimal
