About the job Sales Supervisors
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market insights to drive sales growth and gain a competitive edge through close collaboration with the Marketing TEAM.
- Conduct regular field visits with Area Sales Managers (monthly) and Sales Representatives (twice a month) to ensure consistent performance and market execution.
- Recruit, manage, and develop the sales team using performance management tools to drive improvement and accountability.
- Guide the sales force in effective journey plan execution aligned with the Daily Call Plan (DCP) to maximize market coverage.
- Lead. coach or mentor and motivate team members to make success in their career
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a multinational FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company in a sales or marketing-related role.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in sales team management.
