Main Responsibilities

Following the review of the received quotations and evaluation of supplier capability, I would like to recommend proceeding with the proposed supplier for the current procurement requirement.

Based on the PR, RFQ, and PO processes, as well as product inspection results, the recommended supplier offers the most competitive pricing, meets the required technical specifications, and demonstrates reliable delivery performance. In addition, the supplier has shown strong responsiveness during negotiations and has agreed to favorable commercial terms.

Key evaluation criteria:

• Compliance with technical and quality requirements
• Competitive price structure
• Lead time and delivery reliability
• After-sales service and warranty support

Considering the above factors, I recommend approva

Qualifications

• No gender restriction, age 27 years and above

• Highly motivated and willing to learn new things

• Good command of English

• Computer literacy

• Experience in purchasing
