岗位概述

为 5–10 岁儿童提供兴趣班教学（中文/语言/艺术/其他主题），确保课堂秩序并支持课程准备和管理。

主要职责

1. 负责儿童兴趣班授课，教授课程内容并确保学生理解与参与。
2. 设计并准备课堂活动、教具及教学材料。
3. 管理课堂纪律，确保安全和秩序。
4. 与家长沟通学生学习进度与表现反馈。
5. 协助安排教学活动、场地及课后整理。
6. 支持机构其他教育及活动需求。

任职资格

• 大专及以上学历，教育、幼儿教育、语言或相关专业优先。
• 有儿童教学经验或对儿童教育有兴趣，5–10 岁年龄段经验优先。
• 中文表达流利，具备基础沟通能力，能够与家长沟通。
• 性格开朗，耐心，有责任心，热爱儿童教育。
• 能够周末工作。
• 熟练使用办公软件及基础教学工具。

薪资与福利

• 薪资：面议（6,000,000 – 10,000,000 LAK / 月）
• 法定公共假期、周末工作补贴
• 年假及培训机会根据公司政策
• 工作时间：周末（具体班次可协商）

Job Summary

Teach interest classes to children aged 5–10, ensure classroom order, and assist in preparation and management of teaching activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct interest classes for children, ensuring participation and comprehension.
2. Design and prepare classroom activities, teaching aids, and materials.
3. Manage classroom discipline and ensure safety.
4. Communicate with parents regarding student progress and feedback.
5. Assist in organizing educational activities, classrooms, and post-class arrangements.
6. Support other educational and activity needs of the institution.

Skills & Competencies

• Diploma or higher, preferably in Education, Early Childhood Education, Languages, or related fields.
• Experience or interest in teaching children aged 5–10 preferred.
• Fluent in Chinese, able to communicate with children and parents.
• Cheerful, patient, responsible, and passionate about children's education.
• Available to work on weekends.
• Proficient in basic office software and teaching tools.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable (6,000,000 – 10,000,000 LAK / month)
