主要职责

招聘与 HR 支持

  • 与中文客户沟通,了解招聘需求

  • 协助招聘流程执行(公司提供培训)

  • 跟进招聘进度并更新相关记录

候选人与客户沟通

  • 与候选人沟通并维护人才关系

  • 协助客户服务及日常沟通工作

成长型工作内容(熟悉后)

  • 参与 BD 及 HR 项目支持

  • 协助 HR Club HR 内容及行业洞察项目

  • 学习招聘以外的 HR 服务内容

技能与能力要求

  • 必须具备中文沟通能力(不要求专业术语)

  • 英文能力为加分项

  • 性格友善自信,乐于与人沟通

  • 有 HR 或招聘经验更佳,但非必须

  • 会基础 Canva 操作为加分项

薪资与福利

  • 薪资范围:7,000,000 – 10,000,000 基普

  • 社会保障(SSO)

  • 年假 15 天

  • 餐费补贴油费补贴勤勉奖金

  • 聘用性质:全职

  • 试用期:两个月

  • 周一至周五

  • 工作时间:8:30-17:30

Job Summary

We are looking for a Chinese-speaking HR & Recruitment Officer (Junior Level) to support recruitment activities and client communication.
This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in HR, enjoy communicating with people, and are willing to learn.
This is not a senior or management role. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & HR Support

  • Communicate with Chinese-speaking clients to understand hiring needs

  • Coordinate and support recruitment processes (training provided)

  • Follow up recruitment progress and update internal records

Candidate & Client Communication

  • Communicate with candidates and maintain long-term talent relationships

  • Support client service and ongoing communication

Growth Responsibilities (after onboarding)

  • Support BD and HR-related projects

  • Assist with HR Club, HR content, and insight projects

  • Learn HR services beyond recruitment

Skills & Competencies

  • Chinese communication skill is required (professional terms not required)

  • English is optional

  • Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with people

  • HR or recruitment experience is a plus, not required

  • Basic Canva skill is a plus

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary Range: 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 LAK

  • Social Security (SSO)

  • 15 days annual leave

  • Meal allowance, fuel allowance, diligence fee

  • Employment Type: Full-time

  • Probation Period: 2Months
