Job Description:

PradeepIT, in collaboration with Global customer, is seeking a highly skilled Lead/Senior Appian Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in Appian BPM development, Java-related technologies, and a strong understanding of database concepts. As the Lead/Senior Appian Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Appian BPM, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop solutions in Appian BPM, including but not limited to components such as Tempo, Mobility Features, Forums, Discussions, Pages, Smart Services, and Reports.

- Utilize your expertise in Java, J2EE, Javascript, JS, XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies to enhance and customize Appian applications.

- Lead discussions with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

- Demonstrate proficiency in source code management systems like GIT, and issue tracking tools like JIRA.

- Apply your knowledge of database concepts to optimize performance and ensure data integrity in Appian applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Appian solutions with external systems using web services such as XML, REST, WSDL, SOAP, and APIs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Appian Certification (L1/L2) is good to have.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Appian BPM development, with at least 3 years of experience in Java-related technologies.

- Proficiency in at least one major database system such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.

- Familiarity with SCM tools like Git and issue tracking tools like JIRA.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working in Agile development environments.

- Knowledge of banking domain concepts and terminology is preferred.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Additional Appian certifications are a plus.

- Understanding of Appian best practices and technical features.

- Experience with ALM and CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, and BMC RLM.

- Familiarity with Appian plugins and integrations.
