Remote Dispatch Scheduler

Job Description

Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and mission critical staff augmentation, is seeking for an experienced Remote Dispatch Scheduler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing schedules for dispatching operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely project execution. This role requires proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to develop and maintain complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of dispatch schedules.
• Monitor project progress, identify scheduling conflicts, and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
• Generate reports and dashboards to communicate schedule status to leadership and clients.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and meet project deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in scheduling or dispatching roles, with hands-on experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in P6 and MS Project, including resource loading, critical path analysis, and schedule forecasting.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders.
• Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours to accommodate project needs across multiple time zones.
• Work Location: The ideal person will live in the Mountain or Central time zone
