Senior Accounting Manager (Netsuite Expert)

Were lean, senior-first, and remote-native. Most of our clients are in France, and our team is spread across Europe. After achieving financial stability and strong growth, we're now structuring our internal operations to support the next phaseand that starts with finance.

Were hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to take full ownership of our financial operations and reporting. This is a foundational role with direct impact. Youll work closely with the founders, coordinate external partners, and progressively build a scalable, efficient accounting function across entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounting Leadership: Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, consolidation, financial reporting, and tax compliance, across our international entities (Hong Kong, Switzerland, Dubai, France, and the Cayman Islands).
• Process Ownership: optimize accounting processes, establishing best practices and ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local regulations in each jurisdiction.
• NetSuite Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our NetSuite instance, supporting external accountants, adapting the system to accommodate company growth, and managing integrations with additional tools (e.g., procurement systems).
• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), local tax requirements, and regulatory frameworks across all entities.
• Collaboration: Partner with the CFO and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, tax advisors) to drive financial strategy and support company-wide initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally at the
  Accounting Manager or Senior Manager level, with a proven track record of leading accounting functions in a dynamic, international environment.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in NetSuite administration,
  configuration, and troubleshooting, with experience supporting external teams and integrating additional systems. Familiarity with a recent NetSuite rollout is a strong plus.
• Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) certification is highly preferred.
• Global Mindset: Deep understanding of multi-entity accounting, international tax regulations, and cross-border financial operations.
• Leadership Potential: Readiness to step into a Controller role, with the ability to think strategically, build processes from scratch, and drive continuous improvement.
• Location: Based in Europe, with the flexibility to work remotely
