About the Role

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily production, quality, warehouse, and logistics operations for a food and beverage manufacturing facility in Leominster, MA.

This hands-on leadership role meets production and fulfillment goals, develops employees, coordinates resources, improves operational efficiency, and maintains high standards for food safety, quality, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production, quality, warehouse, and logistics operations to meet fulfillment targets.
  • Lead and develop manufacturing, quality, logistics, and temporary employees.
  • Coordinate employee schedules, assignments, workflows, and operational priorities.
  • Coach and develop team leads and high-potential employees.
  • Coordinate raw materials and production priorities to meet customer delivery requirements.
  • Monitor productivity, labor utilization, waste, operating costs, and workflow.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety requirements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and operational documentation.
  • Track key performance metrics and prepare operational reports.
  • Partner with management, Human Resources, and other departments to resolve operational issues.
  • Provide hands-on leadership and operational support during peak production periods.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience in food or beverage manufacturing.
  • 2–3 years of direct supervisory or management experience.
  • Working knowledge of food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and quality requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting/tracking.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to provide hands-on support when production demands require it.

Schedule

Full-time day shift with flexibility based on production requirements.

  • Peak production: typically 10–12-hour shifts
  • Typical peak schedules: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM or 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • Non-peak periods: generally 9-hour shifts

Schedule flexibility is required to support changing production needs.
