Location: Egypt (Cairo preferred)

Position Overview:

We are hiring a technically proficient and commercially driven Technical Sales Engineer to support and grow our business in Egypt. The successful candidate will promote and sell off-line oil filtration and water removal systems to industrial clients in sectors such as steel manufacturing, power generation, cement production, and general industry. This is a field-based role requiring a strong understanding of industrial equipment reliability, lubrication, and maintenance practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industrial accounts in Egypts industrial segments
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, technical presentations, and cost-benefit analyses to maintenance and reliability teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, supported by product and application experts.

Technical Consultation

  • Conduct site visits to evaluate fluid contamination issues and recommend the appropriate off-line filtration solutions.
  • Support field oil sampling, cleanliness assessments (ISO 4406), and total cost of ownership analysis.
  • Coordinate with service team and distributors for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.

Market Coverage & Reporting

  • Maintain strong knowledge of local industry dynamics, competitors, and projects.
  • Provide weekly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and client feedback to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, technical seminars, and joint marketing events in Egypt

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • 3+ years of sales or technical service experience in industrial equipment, lubrication systems, filtration, or hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with industrial customers in Egypt, especially in steel, power, cement, oil & gas, or manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of lubrication, hydraulic fluids, ISO cleanliness codes, and reliability practices is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel domestically

Preferred:

  • Prior experience with distributors or industrial solution sales in Egypt.
  • Exposure to predictive maintenance tools (oil analysis, vibration, etc.).
  • Certification from STLE, ICML, or equivalent is a plus.
