Freight Forwarding Operations Executive

About the Role:

Were looking for a moƟvatedOperaƟons ExecuƟveto join our Freight Forwarding team. Youll be handling daily logisƟcs operaƟons, ensuring smooth movement of shipments by air, sea, and land, while keeping our clients happy and shipments compliant with internaƟonal regulaƟons.

What Youll Do:

Coordinate and monitor shipments from origin to desƟnaƟon.

Handle and review shipping documents (Bills of Lading, invoices, customs paperwork).

Communicate with clients, carriers, and vendors to resolve any issues.

Ensure compliance with customs, import/export laws, and shipping regulaƟons.

NegoƟate with carriers and vendors to secure cost-effecƟve soluƟons.

Prepare reports and maintain accurate shipment records.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree in logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

13 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics.

Strong communication & problem-solving skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

Proficient in MicrosoŌ Office (and freight forwarding soŌware is a plus).
