HR Manager


Reporting to: CEO, 
Location: Ivory Business Park (Sheikh Zayed)

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Manager with solid experience in Retail or F&B industries ideally from organizations such as Spinneys, Carrefour, Gourmet Egypt, Metro, Seoudi, Fresh Food Market, or similar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading the HR function at Innovation Hub, shaping culture, and ensuring alignment between people strategy and business goals within a fast-paced, family-managed environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the full HR framework including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, compensation, and employee relations.
Establish HR policies, structures, and systems from the ground up to support the companys rapid growth.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes for all business units.
Partner closely with leadership and department heads to identify workforce needs and succession planning.
Design and execute employee engagement, retention, and development programs.
Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO on organizational structure, workforce planning, and cultural initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external partners (consultants, agencies, etc.) to ensure cohesive HR operations.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
Experience working in
Retail, F&B, or similar industries.
Demonstrated success in
setting up HR functions and managing change during periods of business expansion.
Strong understanding of
Egyptian labor law, HR analytics, and organizational design.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and excellent problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with a
collaborative and business-minded approach.
Adaptable and comfortable working in an
entrepreneurial culture with evolving priorities.
