Microwave Engineer (ZTE Vendor)

Job Title: Microwave Engineer (ZTE)

Level: L2

Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Technical Requirements:

* Strong experience in ZTE Microwave transmission equipment and solutions.

* Hands-on experience in MW installation, configuration, and commissioning.

* Good knowledge of ZTE MW product line and architecture.

* Experience in link alignment, acceptance testing, and troubleshooting.

* Strong understanding of IP networking (routing, switching, VLAN configuration).

* Ability to analyze and resolve MW link failures and performance issues.

* Experience with ZTE NMS/EMS platforms for MW monitoring and management.

* Knowledge of path calculations, link budgeting, and LOS analysis.

* Experience in software upgrades and capacity expansion activities.

* Understanding of QoS and MW performance KPIs.

* Ability to work under pressure in live network environments.
