Job Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate all chemical formulations used within the facility.

• Ensure compliance with approved technical standards and safety regulations.

• Verify that chemical quantities and dilution ratios are appropriate and safe for use.

• Assess the impact of chemicals on different finishing materials within the mall to prevent damage or deterioration.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Science (Chemistry major is required).

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in chemical formulation, laboratory operations, or facility-related chemical applications.

Required Competencies:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards.
