About the Company:
A leading company is seeking a dynamic Commercial Sales Representative to drive B2B sales, expand client base, and manage the full sales cycle while ensuring strong customer relationships and revenue growth.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and grow B2B accounts by identifying, qualifying, and converting new customers (contractors, developers, distributors, consultants, and facility owners)
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, meetings, and site visits to needs assessment, proposal preparation, negotiation, closing, and handover
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, email outreach, networking, and field visits to consistently meet targets
Prepare and present commercial offers (quotations, tenders, and contracts) aligned with company pricing, margins, and terms
Conduct product and service presentations, clearly communicating technical and commercial value to decision-makers
Negotiate and close deals while maintaining profitability and adhering to company policies
Follow up on quotations and tenders, tracking customer feedback, competitor activity, and timelines
Coordinate internally with production, logistics, technical teams, finance, and customer service to ensure smooth execution
Track and report sales performance through CRM systems, including pipeline status, forecasts, and results
Handle customer objections and complaints professionally, ensuring quick resolution and long-term relationship building
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, sharing insights with management
Support collections by coordinating with finance and clients to ensure timely payments
Maintain accurate customer documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events to generate leads and strengthen relationships
Upsell and cross-sell products/services to maximize account value and retention
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
2–5+ years of experience in B2B commercial sales (industry-related experience is a plus)
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Experience in handling quotations, tenders, contracts, and negotiations
Key Competencies:
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
Solid negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals and maintaining margins
Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
Strong commercial awareness (pricing, competitors, margins, and payment terms)
Proactive approach to prospecting and pipeline development
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Basic technical understanding with the ability to quickly learn product specifications
