Quality Englineer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and assurance, as well as a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes

- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards

- Identify and resolve any quality issues or defects

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and procedures

- Train and educate employees on quality standards and best practices

- Analyze data and provide reports on quality metrics and trends

- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations and ensure compliance

- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives

- Communicate with clients and address any quality concerns or inquiries

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or assurance

- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies

- Experience with quality tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Root Cause Analysis

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

- Quality certification (e.g. ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus
